This season shows that "Captain Sandy" has no idea how to manage people!!! Really, save some payroll by keeping a 3rd stew as Chef after having breaks in between Charters??? If I paid that $$$ and took my precious time to then find out the stunt they pulled, I'd sue. Life is short, you don't get special moments that you've planned to be 5 star, back! Tip: on every port break, bring in a 5 star chef from a fab restaurant in France to spend an hour with Anastacia showing her the latest, amazing chef tricks. She'd be up to speed in a couple of private trainings! Just awful what Sandy has put the customers and crew through??!! Too many obnoxiously disrespectful employees. June can't apologize for her obvious ignorance. Instead, she rolls her eyes and is like a spoiled California brat! If you can't see how an undermining, lazy, creep like Jack is bringing down every other crew member, come on get rid of the instigator! The only petson that's respectful and doing the job is Colin. Worst season ever! Fire them all!
