The characters annoyed me so much with unrealistic quotes and jargons being thrown around easily in their supposed-to-be 'casual' conversation. Like, imagining myself talking to whoever but everything that i spit out are quotes - how cringe is that? Stopped at chapter 4, jumped straight to page 235 for the 'lifechanging' daily schedule/timetable, and skipped to ending. The in-between dialogues are the worse with author's desperate attempt in illustrating how the characters are 'characterised' (e.g. homeless/Mr Riley's character and the type of watch he's wearing, plane waiting, private mansion by the sea. Artist's tattoo on his left and right arm, entrepeneur lady's 'dont mess with me' type of hair - the heck is this??). Very dry and 'trying hard' kind of book.
