Player support is by far the worst i've ever received. You get slapped with a ban for the lightest of speech, and when trying to ask about your ban, blizzard says: Yes you were banned and we will not take this matter further. The game is buggy and completely unbalanced even after 2.5 years since release. (tank is unplayable, pharah and tracer have almost a 60% winrate for 3 months, forcing players to literally only pick a handul of heroes) Player base is so tiny. You play with the same players and its FULL of smurfs. do not waste your time, play some other shooter
