I hadn’t agreed with any of these reviews. I’d look on a Reddit post on why it’s so popular to really form any words I was feeling throughout the book. But I thought it was unrealistic and repetitive. I know it’s fiction but as a mental health worker i was just rolling my eyes throughout the whole thing. Theirs only so many reason to feel sad for Jude that I expected something terrible in the next page. Why his friends catered to him so much without getting anything back I don’t know, but it was way too long forcing to give me reasons to love Jude. I loved his relationship with Harold and getting so much love from him and others that should force you to change your mind on how you perceive yourself and others. But it just kept going and going.
