ummm... Ladies and Gentlemen, looks like we have an Academy Award contender for Best Film. The script, the plot, the character development -were so beautiful. It's like The Godfather, Casablanca, and Gone With The Wind all rolled into one majestic film. I won't give away any spoilers here, but this film is heartwarming, gentle on the eyes, and connects directly with the soul. Definitely the type of film you should watch with your elderly parents, as it will provide hours of deep/thought-provoking conversation.

As others have motioned, it's a little light on story detail... but it's probably not a bad thing as those details could make it less plausible for mass audiences. Really, it was enjoyable. 8/10. Five Stars because I just watched it and I'm still a little freaked out and that's worth something (nothing really spooks me anymore). What it lacks in backstory and detail, it makes up for in visual and imaginative terror. The acting is above average, and the effects/make up are great. Unless you enjoy having nightmares, don't watch it alone.
