I really wasn’t a fan of this movie. I have a 2 year old. And she enjoyed all the dancing and singing. But I genuinely think Atleast the first 45 minutes of the movie was extremely harsh. And mean. It took so long to make a good point. They had songs about hiding who you are and how you look, and actually calling each other ugly. I don’t know. It just seemed so rude. And the characters were just so consistent about not being good enough or pretty enough or perfect enough. I think of my daughter were older, I wouldn’t have finished the movie. It was just so much negativity before it turned into something positive.
