please watch this show!!! Honestly one of my favourite animes I've ever watched due to its animation, comedy, story telling and character growth/development. Whilst I cant speak about the accuracy of the skateboarding itself (because I don't skate lol) I can tell you that the racing was compelling and interesting while it explained and demonstrated new techniques. I have heard from a lot of people that this show sparked their passion of skateboarding as it made it appear interesting to them. Even if the skateboarding aspect does not appeal to you, I can assure you that the comedy in this show is amazing especially in the English dub which I tend to prefer. I have similar positive things to say about the plot and development of the show as it shows the characters flaws as well as how they learn to overcome them especially in the case of Reki, the protagonist. The only negative ting i would have to say about Sk8 the infinity is the character of Adam who is less than child friendly however I do understand and like that they made him a character as it gives the audience a very clear and near irredeemable antagonist to root against. If anyone has not watched this show, I would absolutely watch it especially as a season 2 seems to be in the works. Enjoy!!!!
