The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The product itself is subpar & SUPREMELY overpriced. Bone broth packets & lemon zinger drinks? You can purchase bone broth soup much much cheaper & take your own appetite supplements. I had a 5-day detox which is just a starvation diet of broth, collagen & appetitive suppressing drinks- there no real detox ingredients. But back to the customer service- your order won’t come for 6-8 weeks after you purchase & they receive their money immediately. They say it’s due to high demand- no it’s due to them really using the money for interest. There’s no low stock. It’s we don’t even have it at all but once you pay will put it together. Most companies I order from, charge you once they actually are shipping the order. This company is in the banking business- take your money give you nothing for 2 months, if you return for refund, it’s time to wait another 4-6 weeks for your money. Get your bank involved? They’ll quickly within few days address your bank to stop any bank reversions. I sincerely hope my reviews that will be posted on all websites will save other ppl from purchasing from Dr Kelly Ann. It’s simply a 400-550 calorie day of broth & diet suppression drinks- just order bone broth on Amazon or starve yourself. This product is absolutely worthless. The just want to hold your money for 2-4 months & earn interest
