I am glad this show only lasted one season!! How in their right mind did they skip Chinese or any South Easter Asian cuisine that is the most popular cuisine anyhere around the world . This just reflects the arrogance and underlying racism in the entire industry; and having a distinct favoritism towards South American cuisine. Although the competing chefs were of higb calibre and the show was well constructed the finale was an absolute joke where the American chef just pulled a dish out of his cookbook. How is that a competition dish and to top it off, that clown Grant Achatz was so loud and outspoken, all the other chefs simply just caved in to his ignorance. He himself is a joke of a chef with that Molecular gastronomy crap. Who the hell does he think he is.
