The premise of the movie is good, but that's about all. If you say that there wasn't better dialogue left on the cutting room floor, then you shouldn't have made the movie to begin with. The conflict between father and son is so overplayed that it should be it's own movie with Diane Keaton as the family therapist. Rasputin? Only Harlan Ellison could write this character properly and that would earn you an "X" rating. Ralph Fein's performance waxes from heroic to pathetic and lacks any consistency. Worst product since the 1980s version of Dune.
