This show is so slow that I forgot I was even watching a thriller series. Disappointed in Nella's character first of all for seeming, as she mentioned "problematic". I couldn't find any ways to connect with the main character as the series is called " The Other Black Girl" to root on her character. How is there a book or TV series that's created about a black girl that not many black women can relate to. I wish I could like the show enough to keep watching, which brings me here but I don't think I'll be completing it.

I like the show but if everyone were gonna change who the characters originally were then there should of been different characters originally. How is this any sort of revamp on a sitcom if it’s the totally opposite of what the original show was. I’m just saying I was excited to laugh but when I found out it was just Dark and Dramitc only I was no longer interested. I wish we could bring back more black sitcoms. Positive Comedy in our shows besides killing and more dark drama. 😑
