Too long! Too slow! And, the songs and production numbers were three times longer than those in the Broadway musical. We were miserable! It was a terrible adaptation of the original. Save your money and stay home. Seriously, Wicked was a wicked waste of time.

I can’t even put into words the full measure of my disappointment with this reboot. I LOVED SATC! It was so cleverly written - witty, sharp and brilliant. No one watched that show for a shred of realism. It was fun and truly entertaining. To call this new version an antithesis is an understatement. It is completely dumbed down and over-woked!! It’s like the writers came out of their COVID fog and decided they would check the very possible diversity box because they couldn’t remember how to write clever, fresh and intellectually funny material. I, like other reviewers, watched a few episodes begging for them to improve. Alas, my effort to stick with it was to no avail. This show stinks! I’m done.
