This was one of the most intense, realistic and impactful, moving show I have ever seen. It stayed with me for days. The acting was outstanding. What a cast-everyone was great but no one more theincredible performance by Owen.
I was a child therapist for many years and have worked with kids with difficult backgrounds with many issues. Watching episode three brought so much of it back to me.
I have no idea how Owen was able to deliver such a raw and incredibly believable performance. At the end of episode 3 when he is crying and screaming "Do you like me?" broke my heart. I still cannot get over the emotions that I felt watching that whole hour. What an astonishing young actor.
Everyone was great and the dad especially so. When he ends the show by sobbing in what was his son's room and tucking the little stuffed animal that must have been his son's and saying "I'm sorry, son" was heart wrenching. I am still not over it.
Greeat, great show. Kudos to everyone involved in it.
