One of the most riveting dramatic series I' seen on HBO Max. Mark Ruffalo should get multiple awards for his portrayal of twin brothers: one is bipolar, the other desperately supporting his twin.
This six-part series has a terrific cast for some of the best characterizations written for television. The camera work is intimate and supportive of a tough story. I can't wait to read the novel. In addition to Ruffalo, standouts and kudos to Rosie O'Donnell, John Procacino, Julliette Lewis and many others.

Smart casting, especially Patti LuPone, Holland Taylor, Jim Parsons and Joe Mantello. Writing is oftentimes brilliant. Beefcake is good. Production excellent. As an episodic series it works.
