The Batman is an outstanding Arthouse-Noir film. Reminiscent of what you would get if you mixed elements from Se7en, Watchmen, and The Crow. Thrilling and suspenseful; Matt Reeve’s produces a masterclass in filmmaking companied by an extraordinary score from Michael Giacchino. Go in expecting a different experience than your typical comic book movie fare.
