To say this movie is slow is a serious understatement. Definitely not for kids, teenagers or anyone looking for any kind of action or serious drama. This is an extremely introspective story of one man's struggle with abandonment and loss and estrangement from his father and ultimately connection from life. I'm a Brad Pitt fan but I was ultimately bored after the first hour hoping it would get better and it never really does. Very anticlimactic. My husband and I both love space movies but it ended up being one big yawn.
