Great artistic vision but totally lacking depth, literally can't understand why people are raving about how Great it is, just wondering if im the only person who sees this movie for the ghost it is, this is not Batman, its more of an under whelming pg 13 purge'esk movie. Agreed Batman needs a dark tone, but there is literally an immense untapped potential to the character that this movie completely misses, can't help but think Reeves tried so hard to give us something different that he completely missed who Batman is and possibly got a little wrapped up in trying to make it seem as dark as possible, a particularly futile endeavour as after all as dark as he is (Batman) he is after all a hero and fun to watch..... .....literally no moments for me of this movie bring a fully fledged dark Knight to the table, the character almost seems weak at times kinda like the "unsure of himself" Henry Cavill Superman, which totally works for the building of Superman's character, but completely goes against everything that the smart confident and trained vigilante that Batman is, hopefully I'm not the only person who realises this because if I am DC doesn't really have a promising future in Warner Brothers hands 👎
