Quite honestly one of the best series I have ever watched. As someone who has faced a terminal diagnosis (but survived), trust me when I say that the series encapsulates many of the struggles, hopes, desires, fear and despair you face when a doctor tells you that you have date of death waiting for you. I can't speak to the visuals, casting or any other things that normal people put under a microscope, but I can speak to the truth that the story carries and how it does give a true representation of reality that terminally diagnosed people have to face every single day.
I hope this was helpful (lowkey praying for a season 2)
