Spoke the truth of what vulnerable people experience and the injustice that you experience when living in this country. The lead actress spoke such truth during the scene when she was in the police car, there is no care from the government for the most vulnerable and the reality of what the most vulnerable in society experienced during COVID really shows what the government does to the lowest paid workers and to people without a voice. These situations when people's rights and choices are taken away or made for them are so common when they have any support needs, this happens when people experience abuse, hardship, old age, racism or when they have learning difficulties, disabilities, it's throughout all parts of society like schools, work, all of the settings within our society. The government does not care in this country and it's so common when you reach out for support that these government services just do you over and make things worse. This is really portrayed in this film. The lead access had genuine care for someone that could have lead a fulfilled life to his own fullest potential on his good days, yet the care home would happily drug him up so they need less resources to help manage his health issues. This happens so much in so many settings within our society. Genuine care from the minority of people who give selfless acts are all we have. I hope people watch the film and learn that kindness and care even for strangers is vital to keeping us human in this cruel world.
