This TV show has always shown me interesting perspectives, oddly enough, and also it's hilarious to see some of the same sort of craziness that goes on in my own town at times. I could never ever hate this show. It's been awesome since day 1, and I'm pretty certain tons of people would agree with me. : )

I personally didn't think this new series was that bad. I've also only recently noticed that there is a black and white version of this series as well (these newer episodes). I might be inclined to see if my perception of the performances is changed simply by differing color states. It was odd really trying to equate any of these new episodes to the old show, however I do believe that folks tried hard to really catch the feel of the original with some updating. This had me hooked after the first couple of episodes, so I am someone who is appreciative.
