Hard to get Willow wrong, but they did. There was a low bar here, give us a straight up fantasy plot with simple easy to like characters that rise to the occasion, easy right? Well the writers crapped the bed. Almost all the dialogue is forced through an out of place modern California accent. Characters make toddler like out of context decisions when in dangerous situations. Most characters have no fear, uncertainty, bravery or anything resembling what a person would be feeling during stressful events. It feels like the writers where born wealthy and have been completely safe their entire lives. I want Willow to be good, it's not, and the writing is to blame.
