FC 25 is a disappointing step down from the solid experience of FC 24. While FC 24 offered a smooth and engaging gameplay experience, FC 25 feels confusing, especially in key areas like Manager Career and Ultimate Team. The menus are unnecessarily complicated, making it harder to navigate through essential features and ruining the flow of the game. The most frustrating aspect, however, is the player ratings, which are wildly inaccurate. It feels like no real thought was put into the adjustments, and as a result, player stats don’t match their real-life performances. The unbalanced ratings in Ultimate Team make the mode frustrating to play, with certain players either overpowered or severely underrated. On top of that, the chemistry system is incredibly confusing compared to previous versions. The simple yet effective system in FIFA 22 worked far better. Now, it’s a headache trying to figure out how to maximize team performance, and it takes away from the enjoyment of the mode. I regret so much buying this game. It feels like a rushed release with too many issues, and it’s hard not to miss the superior FC 24 or even FIFA 22 experience. Save your money and skip FC 25.
