The plot was consistently predictable throughout the latter half of the film. Although setting in in the Great War was a good idea, it seemed that the ‘fictional history’ (with made up bad guys who were only made to represent figures and groups of the time) was only a mere ripoff of Captain America, a film in which they did ‘fictional history’ better in my opinion. One of the main issues I had with this movie was lack of attention to detail. For example, one of Wonder Woman’s powers mentioned in the movie is that she can speak every language in the world. Come later in the film where she’s an undercover spy in an environment where everyone would clearly be speaking German, and they’re all speaking English with terrible German accents. Did they forget that she could speak every language or could they just not be bothered to find a cast that could apeak German? I’d give this movie 1/5
