I loved it, but it isn't the breaking bad you remember. Jessie was tortured badly, which this movie is a byproduct of that happening which showcases the results of the aftermath. The important element is that people focus on him being tortured because he snitched. I felt as though it was more about the pain caused from his lost love who died, than drove him insane due to extreme emotional distress. The consequences of that were Jessie setting up Walter White, Jessie being captured and tortured for it. Jessie was tortured physically because he overreacted to the loss of someone he cares about which had even more devastating effects on the totality of the issue. He wasn't tortured physically and gruesomely for love but rather his behavior that came after her death. I can relate to this since I came unhinged after losing someone I cared about romantically. It expounded my pain, misery, shame and duress because I overreacted and behaved in an out of control manner when she was gone. Jessie did the same. The series was a trademark of my relationship and helped bring me closure when I finished the series after the relationship ended. The movie was even more closure than I expected, not only for the franchise but for my past relationship to help me accept my response to situations can lead to exponentially worse suffering.
