I've always liked this movie. I'm sad it didn't get a second one. I feel like people wanted more serious writing when it came to this movie. However, I got what I wanted. A re-imagined version that definitely was better than any TV show. Here's to hoping they make a sequel even after all these years that's passed.

LETS BE HONEST Most people aren't fans of musicals. Most people don't pay attention to askew details and symbolic notions or facial details. Most people don't care for deeper emotion films. This movie is alright. I liked it for it's story and music. However it was slow at times and has no real action that'll grab you. This to me was more of a watch twice movie. First is you don't have to pay attention as bad. Second pay closer attention and you'll see wonders. But to those expecting revelations. It's not for you. People wanting action and death. It's not for you. People who want loads of drama and deeper connections then yes it's for you. The writing was OK. The scenery and imagery is was great. The music was ok. The actors were exceptional! The theater like scenes were amazing.
