The Presidents daughter book was excellent, well worth a re-read. The President is missing not as good but worthy enough to try The First Gentleman. Sorry but for me it’s not good at all. I read daily so perhaps my expectations off a good and well researched read is high but this book is seriously boring.

I think we need a protagonist that’s not once again a Harry Bosch lookalike. Stilwell is not an admirable like character so was hard to get into the story. He just seemed to be a character that can’t get along and couldn’t choose healthy relationships or value one enough to get out of. The story line seemed to stumble at times. I’ll give the next book a go but can’t see Stilwell as he is now, a collectable series.
