It's ultimately disappointing. Basically a soap opera with a background pretext of an alien invasion, but much more soap opera, much less sci fi. And the pretext is absurd. Aliens travel billions or miles, have clearly far superior technology, and intellect, yet choose to kill off every human in the most medieval way! Too slow too unbelievable.
