Speaking as someone who’s not African myself, this book let me finally try soo many dishes I haven’t been able to cause they usually have meat, and recreate things I haven’t had since going plant based. A few ingredients take a lil extra effort/money to get hold of but it’s all doable tbh. It’s a good balance of recipes for different occasions, some more traditional and some really cool inventive stuff too. But every recipe I’ve tried so far has been the highlight of my week 🔥 this book would also be really good for non-vegans looking to eat more nutritious foods without sacrificing on flavour, or just expand their flavour vocabulary
