Went to see both parts on Sunday- it is the most dire piece of theatre i have ever had the misfortune to sit through for five hours!! The special effects (what there were on them) were good - particularly the dementors, but the play just droned on and on with so much dialogue and a pretty poor story line. Our four seats at £130 per show (two parts) cost a total of £1,040... as someone else said, I would rather have donated this money to charity. Don't get my wrong - I LOVE the Harry Potter films - they are amazing, but this show is a total waste of time and money and how young children sit through this i have no idea - we were bored to tears.....
