The making of Wet Hot American Summer shows how the cast got along with each other during a cold, secluded, month long shoot. It's a fun experience to see the A-listers back when they were not that well known (Bradley Cooper, Amy Poehler, Paul Rudd, among others). Wet Hot American Summer comes along as a goofy summer camp parody movie, but this documentary shows the struggles the filmmakers went through while making this movie. You get a nice inside look into the (unexpected) frustrations that comes with making a movie. Director David Wain and writer Michael Showalter show they went through bad weather and sleepless nights to deliver us the cult classic known as Wet Hot American Summer. A must see for fans of the movie.
