What’s happened to Bond? Don’t get me wrong, I love Daniel Craig & ensemble as actors, but I thought the script was very clumsy and it seemed to directed by someone who’s more used to doing a glossy commercial than creating a film narrative. Bond is a fictional hero, who is a dinosaur in modern terms. He drinks too much, is/was in HM Secret Service as an assassin, but also leads a life of glamorous escapism. I miss the joy and the strength of the character. I feel the person who wrote the script, doesn’t know the character at all. He’s not just moved with the times, he’s had a personality transplant!
