As soon as they drove off and left the poor dog tied up to the car with a "storm" coming, I decided to root for the hurricanes.
There WERE lots of cars driving erratically and hot air balloons spinning around a tornado though.
2 stars because the bad special effects made me chuckle....but the dog!
