Exceptional writing, directing and acting. The story made me cry often, shout at the TV and laugh my head off! Given how serious the subject matter I really liked it was balanced with lots of funny moments because real life is like that. Husband and his friends enjoyed it immensely too so not just one for women of a certain age.. Thank you to Sally Wainwright for what was an extraordinary series! Can’t wait for season 2 !!
