Just when you thought a Nicolas Cage movie couldn't dig a little deeper to reach a new low. The trailer definitely does it's job, whoever cut that should receive an academy award because it was compelling enough to get me to watch this movie. The disjointed nature of this film, and complete incompetent direction is staggering. This could have been so much more and fell short in every respect. An absolutely brutal adaptation.
