I am watching this show currently, just to see how far she can go this character Mindy to prove she is attractive and that everyone is just instantly attracted to her. Even her other show Never Have I Ever, she tries to take relatively plain looking girl and make her somehow super attractive to everyone, especially to white boys. This does not happen in real life sadly. It is just gross to see her and don't know what she is trying to prove here. Being an Indian of course I did not like her overconfidence and I feel she has self-hatred and hatred for people who look like her and that is why the main character always ends up with a white guy. She is way overconfident I guess and people are just being nice to her in her shows and in her real life and she is not in touch with reality

Cringey show, Priyanka Chopra puts extra effort in her fake accent and appears so uncomfortable, like trying to belong but just not fitting. She seems like hangover of doing a Bollywood movie and tries hard to get attention in every scene she is in. Second is actor who plays Nimah.. oh sad show

what is wrong with people what is there to like in the film. so over the top cheesy lines and acting.. .. i cannot fathom which India Karan Johar is living in, what he is trying to portray.. a son of millionaire/billionaire doesnt understand simple English words living in Delhi!!! even if 12th standard failure they would have good polished skills and little knowledge of everyday spoken English, he did go to school right??.. why do mumbai people try to stereotype North Indians esp Punjabis as illiterate who cant speak English properly and yes they also think all north Indians dress up in bright neon glittery colours and are just loud. Every other film i try to watch. Its cringe, similar to what was in movie Good Newzz
