Entertainer!! Perfect combo of action and comedy. The plot might be predictable but it’s the way you are hooked with each scene. Every character has got the perfect Rohit Shetty Style entry scene. The dialogue delivery is amazing and special thanks to Ranveer Singh for his effortless comic timing. The Marathi slangs and jokes deserve a special mention. Arjun Kapoor being the main villain (and unexpectedly good performance) made it even better. The only weak link would be Deepika Padukon. The entry was again amazing, so you get high expectations but as the movie pans her character seems unnecessary. Even the body language seemed forced. Same goes for Tiger Shroff’s character, seemed unnecessary. Rohit Shetty had an extra money left even after having sucha big star-cast it seems lol. Overall paisa vasool experience.

Between Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Singham Again, I would blindly choose Singham. BB3 was sucha waste of time and money. Despite having a good star cast they couldn’t save the film. Typical plot. Forced comedy. Cartoon-ish animated ghost spoiled the thrill. (If you liked Munjya go for BB3. This would sum up the review)

If you are a typical Bollywood RomCom fan, do you like the typical KJo/Dharma movies? Did you wait for movies like 'Humpty Sharma ki Dulhaniya', 'Badrinath ki Dulhaniya', etc. to make a comeback? Then do not miss out on this movie! It's definitely a stressbuster and a feel-good movie. Rocky, being the greenest flag Ranveer, has perfectly portrayed the character. Special mention to his comedic timing (finally, a script with no lame/forced jokes). The heartfelt dialogues are to die for. Alia's Rani entry with the song and the wardrobe, oh my god (it woke up the 2012 Shanaya fangirl inside me). I am not Bengali, so I'm not going to judge the portrayal of their culture! Their chemistry is definitely good (Initially, I was skeptical before the release). They perfectly managed to address all of the deep-rooted issues like gender bias, misogyny, patriarchy, body shaming, etc. A perfect package of emotions. I hope Bollywood and KJo continue to produce such movies.

Went in with high expectations after reading all the big names and visuals from the songs, but the film turned out to be mediocre (not surprising though). The topic is new, so thumbs up for that. The acting is also great by the entire cast, but the storyline... NO spoiler: There's a moment where you see the real images of the real strugglers; okay, you get the point and the severity. But after all that, at least the ending could be satisfactory? NO. They made that also sad and it feels unnecessary. (My personal opinion: If the movie has SRK and a love story, at least add a bit of an unrealistic happy ending to compensate for all of the previous emotional rides.) Also, can Hirani avoid showing extreme gross visuals? I would rather watch that Sanju's latrine jail scene.

It was a treat to watch this movie in theatre. The VFX looked amazing in 3D. Top notch work in terms of visuals. There wasn't a single moment when you feel bored. Yes the romantic dialogues between Ranbir and Alia seem cringe and the chemistry looked a little artificial but the point is this movie doesn't completely revolve around them (Even Alia's role is also not that major unlike her other films. The "Shivaaa" dialogues are also bearable. Not a big deal lol). The casting for rest of the characters is perfect. All of them leave an impact just as much as Isha (Alia's character) does. Don't expect a typical love story as the plot also involves comedy and adventure. The soft boy era of RK! I went back in time. The songs do stand out. Afterall it's an Ayan Mukerji film. He has tried to explore a different genre, which is great! Would definitely watch the next parts, hoping that the dialogues would be better. Leave all of the judgments/ memes behind and do not try to connect the story to any of the Hollywood movies and you are good to go!
