This film has been most helpful. I am constantly feeling bullied by yelp. Recently a fake review about being a "racist and sexist" appeared on my business. This obviously was not a customer, but I suspect it is a result of me hanging up on a Yelp Employee who was extremely desperate and vigilant about selling me advertising.
