I loved and binged this show, and am now ensuring many of my friends see and enjoy it too. It is great show that is excellent in so many dimensions, rich in its urban setting, with Melbourne and the various homes nearly becoming silent characters which underline themes of home, autonomy, community, family. The intriguing plot lines weaving and spiralling at times, yet balanced and formed like an exquisite dance, enabling characters to scramble, search, clash and support and ultimately grow. Themes of that reach deep into our human experience of love, letting go, new life, battling nature’s seering impacts, but the plot remains authentic its modern Aussie context, often humorous and charmingly whimsical at times. I loved the cast, such a treat to view such brilliant ensemble of fine actors that breath life into their rich characters. Add all the other tiny amazing details and you have a bloody brilliant show!!
