Gamers beware!!! Let's begin with the first ten minutes playing. It looked half decent and had voice animations BUT progressing through the game I came to find the recycled animations and attack styles where horrifically bad. I progressed to try find combo techniques and sadly the further I progressed the worse the voice acting became and the game became close to a twilight Zelda hand holding game (but you can turn tips off) further more they keep pushing such basic gameplay onto you in a platformer game... Now it has Castlevania vibes but the fact you can change an outfit without any visual changes is sad because if you hold up you have an animation to pose... Why bother... Down to mechanics. Jumping was fairly basic Attacking is movement locking unless you jump Swimming animations are sadly lacking Monsters are unbelievably basic and easy The shard activation arm motion doesn't track properly and because it's locked to the right stick jumping then angling it is difficult. The story (no spoilers) Bad... The best thing about this at most is sadly the fan service and the bright lights and variety of shard attacks. All encompassed I would rate this a $15 game and 3 out of 10. Avoid this game if you want something interesting and worth your money.
