We both, spouse and I, enjoy James on cooking. He normally has easy to follow recipes that are sometimes very simple and sometimes have a few more ingredients, but his attitude to food is what I like with no mannerisms. We have a couple of his books too. I have just printed off his chicken tagine recipe as I watched him prepare it this afternoon. Chicken recipes are something one cannot have too many of, this is going to be made by the week-end. Both of us are already competent cooks, with a knowledge of Indian cuisine and also Pan Asian. These days cooking is such a real pleasure and Good Food adds to this knowledge and is so enjoyable.
