It clearly shows how many chances both had to fix their marriage and what would happen if others stepped in no matter who, a friend, a family or a lawyer will make the problem only go bigger. and that ending was brilliant as they both lost each other.

The "for John" sentence deserves an academy award nomination, the ending was deeply undescribable of how good it was. The move pumps new blood into Terminator series, The movie should be more than 2 hours like 15 minutes more to give us more details on the whole new story or they could squeeze it during the middle part of the move.
