This isn't snake oil or false hope as some seem to think, it's clearing the negative behavior in your life. You control what you put in your body instead of chasing your tail on pill after pill for all the side effects on the smaller things we can change through lifestyle change. Things like chemo, radiation, trauma it explains that having a different thought about it helps. Think of chemo or radiation as a helpful thing instead of a poison. Think of cancer as a speed bump to overcome instead of a death sentence. If you are in constant fight or flight your body will struggle with whether it is in healing mode or not.
