Adolescence started out pretty decent, but seemed a little rushed which is understandable considering it’s only 4 episodes. However the last 5 mins does a complete 180 with zero reasons why. Through the entire series you are lead to believe it’s a “who really done it” storyline. Until the last 5 mins where the kid randomly says he wants to change his plea. No reason why no trial no nothing. It’s supposed to show “toxic masculinity” when it does nothing of the sort. They tried to show this by having the kid talk to a grown woman who is making him angry and her triggering questions…random question she keeps asking over and over “like do you like girls?” “Do they like you back?” Waste of time.
