Giving this 1 star is just bizarre to me. Ignore what you're reading online, this is a beautiful to watch, good value zombie film. Lots of tense zombie set pieces (chases/fights/escapes etc) set against a decent enough human story that carries your interest through the film. Lots of intrigue, an interesting sentimental ending to what has been quite a dry and down to earth series of films. Yes, the final scene is whacky, but it doesnt ruin this film, it just sets up what looks to be a far less serious and slightly off-the-wall second film. I think the 1 star reviews say much more about the kind of brain-dead audience members and what they've come to expect from their marvel slop (which im not averse to). Even if you hate this genre, giving this 1 star is just utter nonsense. Thoroughly enjoyable, better than 28 weeks, looking forward to the 2nd one
