It's meant to be serious but watch it as a comedy you'll be fine! The plot is extremely basic...there aren't enough dinosaurs no ones back story is gripping you don't particularly care about anyone...but stick with it. Watch a leg magically heal on its own, see torches equipment boats etc that have laid derelict for almost 2 decades still miraculously work! Watch a t-Rex get outsmarted by a rubber dingy yet eat a helicopter.. Watch 2 boats get sunk and everyone almost die yet later escape on a smaller boat and apparently survive. I like dinosaurs. I like nice scenery. Scarlet and Jonathon were good, there was a cute little dinosaur there were some ugly mutants and it was unintentional funny. I'd watch it again someday but I definitely wouldn't pay next time.

I loved it..yeah it's bizarre but open your mind don't take it too seriously! I love the fact it gives focus to being different and how to embrace our differences and learn to love ourselves for who we are and not who we're expected to be. Great family film with feel good factor and a huge red dog!
