The writing is very immature, the prose lends nothing to the plot and for some reason, the author seems to feel the characters need to describe every thought out loud and in tedious, monotonous and uninspiring detail. The love story, if you can call it that does not even begin until the last hour of the book, and even then their declaration of love is based off maybe six sentences of dialogue throughout the entire book.
