Definitely thought provoking and worth a watch. I won’t say anymore because it might ruin the surprise of not knowing what you’re about to see! That sounds obvious but this is one show where the less I say in a review, the better. Worth a watch if you have the time.

It starts with a female narrator setting the scene. It was overacted. Once we finally meet the narrator, she’s attractive and their attempt to make her look war-torn was laughable. The music felt unoriginal. Think War of the worlds. I was bored very quickly. Bored of the lack of originality and I could see what they were trying to do. As a viewer, I want to be drawn in and believe the illusion. I didn’t.

I agree with the 1 star comments, many of which bring up things I wouldn’t have thought of. Ultimately, the concept was old news after 10min. Once the message was across that AI can produce accurate looking videos of people doing things they didn’t, the show didn’t matter anymore. Message received, lock your Facebook and instagram. And the people crying? There were no tears. So, acting could definitely be at play.

Predictable, unoriginal, mysangistic. I only watched 2/3 of it. I cut my losses. I gave it one star, because parts of the scenery were reminiscent of Edward Scissorhands and I loved that movie :)
