Customer service is very rude . Once bank is connected they can look at your account at any point . Called to understand why I received an email about funds in my account lady told me she could not answer that question and she could not transfer me they do not have the ability to transfer a call . Hung up called back and low an behold they suddenly have the capabilities to transfer calls to a supervisor .
