The movie wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t ‘the crow’. The lovestory was more like a romantic lust story and just couldn’t give me the feelings they loved each other so much. I can understand that the passion was high since it looked like they were in the beginning of a relation. So more passion than love. The action was cool. The ‘crow’ idea was not really present in my opinion as it didn’t add much to the story in any way. The theatre I went to played the original soundtrack during the premiere night, so I got into the mood from the start. I liked the movie, but it had not much to do with the original (comic book) story, so if it wasn’t called ‘the crow’ I would’ve watched it and probably was more ok with it. Still not a bad movie, but it didn’t ’get me into the story’ as much as the 1994 movie.
