Never caught this series when it first came out but just watched first two series. Fantastic stuff. So clever with lots of subtle jokes and lots of things to keep you guessing. It was fun to spot all the props from the 70's that I just about remember. Great end to series two as well. Now for Ashes To Ashes!

Started really well but lost its way and when it hit episode 5 with its bizarre and confused flashbacks / dreams I found myself willing it to end. I thought that I might as well watch the last part and although better, it just seemed to tail off to a nothing sort of ending. Many scenes were overly long and the whole thing could have been done in five episodes. Really disappointed.

Didn't make it past halfway in EP 1. Just didn't believe in any of the characters and with all the silly basic mistakes that even an untrained eye could spot. Read reviews and glad to see that it wasn't just me! Very disappointed.
